We design, build, and install tailored technology that helps clients improve quality, safety, efficiency, and site visibility. As demand grows, we’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive our expansion across the UK.
🌟 What You’ll Do
* Build and manage your own pipeline across industrial, commercial, and security markets
* Identify new opportunities and win new business
* Meet with clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions
* Deliver presentations, site visits, and solution demos
* Work closely with our technical team to shape proposals
* Represent ACV at client sites and industry events
* Drive revenue growth and help shape our commercial strategy
This is a consultative, solutions-focused role—ideal for someone confident selling technology with clear operational value.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Proven B2B sales / business development experience
* Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers (Ops Directors, Site Managers, Engineering Leads, etc.)
* Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
* Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
* UK driving licence + willingness to travel
Nice to Have
* Experience in CCTV/security, industrial tech, automation, SaaS, AI, or systems integration
* Background selling into manufacturing or food production environments
