The role entails the logging and diagnosis of issues which can either be resolved or escalated to the appropriate team.
The key responsibilities of their First Line Helpdesk Technician will include:
1. Handle support requests via phone or ticketing system.
2. Log, categorise and prioritise tickets accurately and according to urgency.
3. Ensure that tickets are responded to in a timely manner.
4. Escalate complex problems to the relevant team where required.
