Customer Service Assistant - Stores and Administration
We require a Customer Service Assistant who has previous experience of working in a stores or goods in/out administration role. You will be responsible for handling goods in and out, ensuring accurate stock management, and assisting with packing and dispatching orders.
* Responsibilities:
* Stock Management: Receive, store, and issue stock efficiently, maintaining accurate records and managing stock effectively
* Packing and Dispatching Orders: Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure timely delivery to customers
* General Administration Tasks: Perform data entry, filing, and basic customer communication duties
* Inventory Management: Keep inventory well-organised and easily accessible
* Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy store area at all times
