Senior Ethics & Independence Analyst
Base Location: Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham

Why Join KPMG as a Senior Ethics & Independence Analyst
The E&I team is part of the Risk Operations Group within the Operational Excellence Hub, responsible for monitoring compliance with professional risk management and quality control policies. They collaborate with the wider Quality and Risk community to develop and improve processes in response to emerging requirements.
The Personal E&I team oversees compliance activities such as personnel clearance, mandatory training, and providing guidance on independence matters. They are the first point of contact for related requests, conducting research and escalation as needed.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting the Assistant Manager and the E&I team with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
* Training and coaching team members to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
* Consulting on queries, root cause analysis, and process enhancement.
* Escalating issues appropriately and ensuring tasks are completed within SLAs.
* Monitoring and assigning E&I tasks using internal systems and MS Office.
* Maintaining knowledge of personal independence rules and responding to related queries.
* Generating reports and analytics for management.
* Supporting wider compliance programs and projects.
What will you need to do it?
* Strong organisational and analytical skills.
* Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
* Supportive team-player capable of training and coaching.
* Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to interpret information and work under pressure.
* Confidentiality and professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience in personal compliance is preferred but not essential.
