Job Description Role- Maintenance Team Lead Salary- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Type- Permanent Location- Glasgow My client is a specialist manufacturer within the construction industry. They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to join their team in Glasgow on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Team Lead will ideally have the following attributes: Minimum of Time Served Apprenticeship or HNC in Engineering / Manufacturing 3 Years’ experience working in a medium - large automated manufacturing operation Previously worked with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Rotating Equipment etc. Confident with fault finding, issue rectification and routine maintenance activities Background in Mechanical fitting/maintenance positions Excellent leadership skills Excellent organisational and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage others A flexible and proactive attitude towards work The Maintenance Team Lead role will involve: Being proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment and plant maintenance PPM and breakdown avoidance Ensuring documentation is maintained, site reviews are managed and Health & Safety standards are met Supervising onsite contractors Overseeing the maintenance budget and stock control Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the site Working with others and being an excellent team player If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
