This new part-time (15 hours a week) post is available from 1 October 2025 on a fixed term basis until 31 August 2028. This is a part-time post available for 15 hours per week. The work pattern is flexible within the hours of 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. We welcome applications from candidates interested in working part-time hours or job-sharing arrangements. The post The Faculty wishes to recruit a Graduate Research Assistant to support the work of Professor Gemma Sharp. This is a hybrid post based on the Exeter Streatham campus and remotely within the UK. It is funded by Wellcome Leap until 31 st

August 2028. The successful applicant will co-ordinate activities as part of the Missed Vital Sign research project, which is creating a world-leading resource for menstrual health research. The post will include working closely with Prof Sharp to ensure this highly innovative and fast-paced research project stays on track. This includes liaising with project partners, preparing research materials, managing data, running analysis scripts, facilitating workshops with members of the public, producing accessible outputs in lay language, and preparing and presenting progress reports. About you The successful applicant will be able to present information on research progress and outcomes, communicate complex information, orally, in writing and electronically and prepare reports to external bodies. Applicants will be educated to first degree level or be able to demonstrate sufficient experience and knowledge in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to work within an established research programme. Applicants will be able to understand and communicate the research protocol and coordinate activities across multiple project areas.
