Senior Support Worker – Oakley House
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 8BP
Salary: £15.25 – £15.85 per hour*
Qualifications: NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Commitment to live our company values throughout your work. All applicants must be over 18 due to the vulnerable nature of the people we support.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support in line with care and support plans
* Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately reporting, recording and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
* Liaising with health professionals and their families
* Completing supervisions and audits
* Ensuring all duties undertaken by reporting staff meet required standards, contributing to a happy, efficient, and homely atmosphere
