About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be an important part of our Hub team and will have a specific focus on supporting our young people with all aspects of employment support, including sourcing training and employment opportunities.

You’ll also work collaboratively with local employers to align their recruitment needs with local talent, offering tailored advice and helping to match vacancies with suitable candidates, creating positive outcomes for both local businesses and Hub clients.
This is a fixed-term post for 12 months with funding to be reviewed annually.
What You Need
You’ll be a driven and enthusiastic professional with substantial experience in employment support, training, and recruitment. You’ll have a strong understanding of the local labour market and be confident in using data and labour market intelligence to provide tailored advice to both local businesses and Hub clients.
Your ability to build and maintain effective relationships will be key, through engaging with employers, supporting clients, or collaborating with partner organisations. With excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference.
