About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to handle Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients in the luxury real estate segment. The role focuses on managing client relationships, advising on premium real estate investments, and facilitating end-to-end property transactions with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with UHNI clients, understanding their investment goals and lifestyle preferences.
* Act as the single point of contact for property transactions.
* Develop strong partnerships with premium/luxury real estate developers to secure exclusive access and best pricing.
* Curate property portfolios, provide market insights, and guide clients on investment opportunities and risk mitigation.
* Coordinate site visits, due diligence, and deal closure with high discretion.
* Deliver high-touch client servicing, organize previews, launch events, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience managing UHNI clients in real estate, wealth management, or private banking.
* Strong knowledge of luxury/premium real estate markets.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Well-connected with developers, brokers, and HNI networks.
* High professional integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
