The Opportunity
We are currently providing PMC services for a major hyperscale data centre development and are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support on-site delivery on behalf of our client.
As Construction Manager, you will play a key role in leading site-based activities, ensuring construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project objectives within a complex, mission-critical environment.

5. Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple work packages
6. Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements
7. Coordinate interfaces between design, procurement, and site teams
8. Support reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to maintain project momentum
Qualifications
Key Requirements
9. Significant experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical construction projects
10. Strong background in main contractor, PMC, or client-side construction management roles
11. In-depth understanding of site safety management and quality assurance processes
12. Experience working on hyperscale developments is highly desirable
