We are looking for a motivated and forward‑thinking individual to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team, where you’ll play a key role in transforming how the Trust uses data. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with services across the organisation to develop high‑quality reports, dashboards and analytical products that directly support patient care and operational improvement.

You will design, develop and maintain information systems, reports, dashboards and datasets that meet both internal and external requirements, handling complex statistical and analytical queries, validating data quality and resolving anomalies with a high level of numerical and analytical proficiency.
Using technical skills including SQL, Power BI and spreadsheets, you will manipulate and interpret data to produce clear reports, presentations and visual outputs that support informed decision‑making across the organisation.
Our team works across a wide range of departments within the Trust, collaborating with staff at all levels from directors and managers to administrators and clinicians.
We’re committed to your growth and offer dedicated training and development to help you advance your analytical skills and domain knowledge. We support agile working between our offices at Sunderland Royal Hospital and home, and we are open to discussing alternative working arrangements for the right candidate.
