Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for a talented Marketing Officer to join our in-house team and support the adult social care sector in delivering high-quality care.
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive, and fast-moving marketing team, working alongside five other Marketing Officers in a collaborative, energetic environment. Together, you’ll help shape the way vital services and resources are promoted to professionals across adult social care.
What you'll be doing:
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll provide expert marketing support across a range of projects. You’ll work closely with colleagues to identify needs, define objectives, and deliver creative campaigns that reach the right audiences. You’ll play a key role in promoting products and services that help care professionals provide outstanding care.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications plans
* Manage projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Create compelling content and develop marketing materials
* Provide brand guidance to ensure consistency and clarity
* Support the promotion of products, services, and sector-wide initiatives
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a marketing or communications role
* Strong content development skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* A proactive mindset and attention to detail
* An interest in or understanding of the adult social care sector (desirable)
