Duties
* Assist children with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
* Implement and monitor care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster confidence and independence.
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
* Drive to various locations as required for outings or appointments.
* Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents that may occur.
* Engage in recreational activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
Experience
* Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
* A background in childcare or related fields is advantageous.
* Ability to drive is preferred to facilitate transport for outings or appointments.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both children and adults.
