What youll do INSERT INFORMATION ABOUT THE ROLE The experience youll need To be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate the below in your application; In this role, you will provide an effective administration service for the Onboard team, carrying out a range of duties and responsibilities that will include but not be limited to: Assisting with arranging of hearings and meetings, taking minutes as required. Arranging periodic and special medicals and maintaining all records/paperwork as required. Liaising with procurement clerks and Area Managers regarding ordering of all ticket stock, cleaning stores and general purchasing. Issuing equipment, uniform and briefing notes, obtaining signatures where required. Maintaining a filing system of documents if required, which meets all company standards and supplying information to the Area Managers team as required. Producing weekly timesheets for payroll for Area Management groups. Dealing with correspondence as required. Working as directed by the Area Managers team to update appropriate notice boards as required ensuring all notices are kept up to date. Assisting with disruption roster production if required. Carrying out performance investigations if required and collating information as directed. Supporting the maintenance of the Onboard section of the Companys intranet to ensure all information is relevant and up to date. Working as directed by the General Manager Team Organiser to cover other members of the team during absences. Where will I work? This role is 3 days a week, working Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and will be based at Ashford. The experience youll need To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following in your application: A proven track record of experience within a previous Administration Support or Administrator role Excellent working knowledge of IT systems to include Word and Excel experience as well as working with databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst providing accuracy at all times.
