The Opportunity
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and forward-thinking individual to join us as a Team Manager in Member Services. This role sits at the centre of our commitment to delivering timely, accurate and high-quality services to our members.
As Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring our members receive outstanding support and service and that their benefits are processed efficiently and correctly, while continuously improving how we work to meet the needs and expectations or our members as these evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and guidance to the Member Services team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
Ensure service accuracy and timeliness Oversee the delivery of core services, ensuring that member benefits are calculated and paid correctly, on time and in line with policy and legislation.
Drive continuous improvement Review and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and enhance the overall member experience.
Monitor performance and compliance Track service delivery against KPIs ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Support member enquiries Ensure the team provides clear, empathetic, and accurate responses to member queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaboration across function Work closely with other teams and services to ensure joined-up service delivery and contribute to wider organisational goals.
About You
We are looking for a confident and capable leader who:
* Has proven experience managing or assisting in managing operational teams.
* Understands the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and empathy in service delivery.
* Is passionate about improving processes and delivering excellent outcomes for members.
* Can lead by example, motivate others, and manage performance effectively.
* Is comfortable working with data and systems to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
