Your new company Hays are looking for an experienced facilities assistant to start on a commercial project in Bangor on a part-time basis, 5 hours a day with flexible hours between 9am-5pm Your new role Conducting daily vehicle inspections Carrying out basic legionella checks (full training provided) General cleaning duties, including emptying bins Reception cover and front-of-house support Handling incoming and outgoing posts Escorting contractors on-site and ensuring compliance with site procedures What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is desirable but not essential.
