Senior Product Manager – Strategic Roadmap & Innovation
York-based (Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

As they continue to evolve their offering, there’s now an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join their team and help shape the future of their products and services.

The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and execution of the strategic product roadmap. This includes:
* Translating insights into opportunities for innovation and enhancement
* Driving the delivery of new and existing products that meet member needs
* Leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with strategic partners
* Managing a dynamic product backlog in line with business priorities
* Using data to track, analyse, and refine product performance
What You’ll Bring:
* A strong background in product management, ideally with experience in healthcare or financial services
* Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market
* Experience managing complex product deliveries and development pipelines
* Commercially astute with strong analytical and communication skills
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and influencing a range of stakeholders
