The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join the firm’s expanding employment law team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:
* Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
* Handling unfair dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination claims
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
* Advising on TUPE, restructures, and settlement agreements
* Supporting business clients with day-to-day HR legal matters
You’ll be expected to provide commercially focused legal advice, manage cases independently, and contribute to the team’s growth through client care and business development.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with solid experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to manage contentious and non-contentious matters
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
* Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 DOELocation: Stratford-upon-AvonWorking Arrangement: Office-based with flexibility available
