You'll use your skills in materials handling and warehouse management systems to help streamline processes, ensuring products are handled with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify product identification labels according to company procedures, customer specifications, and food safety standards.
* Ensure finished products undergo metal detection checks in compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
* Assist with the loading of finished goods onto vehicles, including completing chilled product dispatch records.
* Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
* Familiarity with flow wrapping machinery is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and product safety.
* Ability to lift heavy items safely and effectively.
* A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
