Commercial Property Partner – Lancashire - £100,000 - £180000
This is an exclusive opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing North West law firm seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner to support the continued expansion of its Real Estate offering in Lancashire.
The firm operates across 10 offices throughout the North West and has built an excellent reputation for combining high-quality commercial work with a genuinely flexible, people-first culture. Continued investment across Manchester and Lancashire, alongside a strong pipeline of work, has created the opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to step into a key leadership role.
You will join a highly experienced Real Estate leadership team, advising a broad client base including developers, investors, landowners and commercial businesses across a range of property transactions.
This role offers significant autonomy, leadership opportunity and a transparent, highly lucrative bonus structure.
