About the Role
We're looking for a Document Controller to join our dynamic civil and structural engineering team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a key position supporting our engineers and project managers by ensuring that all documentation is well-organized, accurate, and easily accessible throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company and client standards.
Control and distribute technical drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Set up and maintain document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, SharePoint, etc.).
Ensure version control and track document revisions.
Support project teams in document retrieval and compliance audits.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth information flow.About You
Proven experience as a Document Controller in a construction, engineering, or infrastructure environment.
Familiarity with common document management software and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge of BS EN ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.What We Offer
