Key Responsibilities
* Assist in producing accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
* Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulation documentation
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and wider project team members
* Undertake site visits and provide technical input during construction stages
* Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice
Skills And Experience
* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or related qualification)
* Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly desirable
* Some exposure to residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
* Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Strong communication, coordination, and organisational capabilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
