Key Responsibilities: * Email inbox monitoring. * Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users. * Website accessassistance. * Daily Report formatting and issuing. * Monitoring and responding to live chat questions. * Processing payments and taking payments over the phone. * Operation of Client software for vehicle management. * Continuous process review and improvement. * Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management. * Ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner. * General administrative duties relating to specific client requirements. * Escalating queries when required.
