As an Insight and Reporting Analyst – Housing Operations, you’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performing housing service through robust data analysis, engaging dashboards, and strategic insight. You’ll be at the heart of transforming how we use data to improve outcomes for residents—delivering real impact on the ground. You’ll be a proactive and detail-driven analyst, confident in using data to tell compelling stories that influence senior leaders and operational teams alike. Working across all regions, you’ll produce high-quality reports and dashboards that drive performance, support place-based decision-making, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. This role will support all regions across Peabody, and you’ll be required to work from our offices a minimum of two days per week to meet the needs of the business. This will include Westminster Bridge Road, Ealing and Houghton Regis. You’ll take ownership of a suite of insight products, working closely with Product Owners, operational leaders, and resident-facing teams to ensure data supports decision-making at every level. From root cause analysis to developing operational dashboards, your work will directly improve the way we deliver services to our residents. This is a high-impact role where your insight will drive strategic priorities, operational efficiency, and better experiences for residents.
