About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes!
Your attention to detail is crucial, as our guests' safety is our top priority. You'll not only monitor the pool but also engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service that makes their experience unforgettable.
In addition to keeping everyone safe, you'll have the opportunity to promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating memorable moments for our guests. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll support you through your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. As a Lifeguard, you should be:
* A strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail, especially during busy times.
* Open to gaining your NPLQ qualification if you don’t already have one.
* A team player who can also supervise areas independently when needed.
Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You’ll play a vital role in our team, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
