Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
* Checking parts/specialist coast against estimate reports to ensure totals match.
* Check and make sure invoicing details are correct.
* Gathering and collecting documents.
* Communicating with Insurers by telephone and email.
* Microsoft Knowledge
* Vehicle knowledge would be advantageous.
Requirements .
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
