A new opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyer to join a small but highly successful team as it continues to expand. The team is instructed on a diverse range of matters acting for insolvency practitioners (administrators, liquidators, receivers, supervisors or trustees in bankruptcy), creditors, lenders, businesses & companies, directors and individuals.
This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team and directly involved with managing and developing relationships with clients and referrers. You will be involved in all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious. If, to date, you have focused in just one area, that is not a bar provided you are open to developing and broadening your skills and expertise. Whilst all levels of applications are welcome, the nature of the role is likely to appeal to a solicitor, associate or senior associate at 2-8 yrs’ PQE (or equivalent)
As well as strong technical skills, the team is looking to appoint a commercially astute lawyer. You will share the same values and commitment to client care always seeking to give sound, pragmatic and cost-effective advice to clients.
