\nWe're currently working with a leading international law firm, with multiple offshore offices, now looking to add a manager into the team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm, leading a high-performing onboarding and compliance support function.

\nYou’ll be key in ensuring smooth, compliant client onboarding across multiple jurisdictions, while driving efficiency and leading a top performing team.

\nThe Role
\nYou will manage a global client onboarding team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring client onboarding meets the highest regulatory standards while championing a culture of continuous improvement and excellent client service

\nKey Responsibilities:

\n\t
1. Lead and develop a team of compliance onboarding analysts and senior analysts
\n\t
2. Oversee the full client onboarding lifecycle, including AML reviews, CDD checks, client screening, and ongoing monitoring
\n\t
3. Be the first POC for AML risk, onboarding delays, and complex regulatory queries
\n\t
4. Work closely with Compliance, Risk and MLRO teams to align processes
