SAS (Europe) Ltd is a leading supplier of external wall insulation, rendered rainscreen, and render products. We provide high-quality solutions to contractors, developers, and specifiers across the industry. With a strong reputation and a growing customer base, we are looking to expand our team with a dynamic Technical Sales Advisor.
The Role:
You will be responsible for:
* Generating new business by identifying and developing opportunities within the plastering and rendering sector.
* Managing and growing existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing project support.
* Providing technical advice on our product range, assisting clients in selecting the best solutions for their projects.
* Conducting site visits to offer on-site support and ensure successful product application.
* Collaborating with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving company growth and market presence.
This role requires a good understanding of the UK construction industry. The role would particularly suit someone with experience in plastering / rendering / timber frame / construction.
You will be based in the office in Cheriton Bishop (Near Exeter).
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in technical sales within the plastering, rendering, or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of external wall insulation, render systems, and façade solutions.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A full UK driving licence.
Competitive salary dependent on experience and potentially topped up with realistic bonus rewards. Full time Mon – Friday role, working 39.5 hours per week.
