Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Heaton Moor. This role offers an OTE range of £27,500 - £29,000 pa.
Responsibilities
* Making regular "check in" calls with landlords.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
* Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
* Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
* Organising & recommending maintenance works.
