Eastbourne College Incorporated is seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Admissions to lead and further develop the Charity’s admissions strategy and operations from Reception through to sixth form.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and the Headmaster, the Director of Admissions will be a key public ambassador for our two schools, with responsibility for both UK and international pupil recruitment. This is an exciting position suited to a high-calibre individual who combines demonstrable leadership skills with experience of providing first class customer service and a natural affinity for building relationships.
The post will most likely attract an experienced professional from the independent education sector and who has an instinctive feel for the schools’ customers and their needs.
This is a full‑time, year‑round role, requiring flexibility to support key events and promotional activities as needed. The successful Director of Admissions will play a central role in shaping the future of the Charity’s pupil recruitment.
