Are you a bold thinker with a creative vision and a passion for digital? We're looking for a Head of Creative with strong web experience to lead innovative campaigns, inspire a growing team, and shape the future of our creative output.
Join an established Birmingham-based creative agency known for delivering standout branding, digital and content solutions for a diverse range of clients. You'll work closely with our strategy, design, and development teams to deliver visually engaging, user-focused digital experiences.
The Role:
Lead and mentor our creative team, driving forward innovative ideas across web, branding, and digital content.
Take creative ownership of key projects - from concept to execution - ensuring work meets high visual and functional standards.
Collaborate with developers and UX designers to deliver seamless, responsive web experiences.
Pitch concepts and present work to clients confidently and clearly.
Keep a pulse on design trends, digital innovations, and industry best practices.
What You'll Need:
3-5 years' experience in a creative role within an agency or digital environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing web design, creative direction, and brand storytelling.
Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools).
Experience managing or mentoring a creative team is a big plus.
