Company description
Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose - we call these our '3Ps'. Catch22 delivers frontline services, and uses knowledge to change 'the system' to fix barriers that trap or disempower those it is set up to help. With the heart of a charity and the mindset of a business, Catch22 aims to deliver on this challenging agenda. * Delivering high-quality in-work support, advice and guidance on our employability programmes to sustain participants and progression into apprenticeships and sustained employment.
* Running group work sessions such as interview techniques, job searches, CV improvements, and confidence building to prepare participants for interviews.
* Completing goal-focused action plans, preparing CVs, cover letters, application forms, job packs, undertaking job searches, and arranging interviews where appropriate.
* Developing strategic relationships with stakeholders and engaging with the local community to identify young people for programmes; supporting delivery of events, job fairs, workshops, and seminars.
