9. Menus are driven by seasonality and British ingredients.

The role
13. Lead, train, and develop a team of 9 to 10 chefs
14. Deliver consistent 2 AA Rosette level food (maybe even push for a 3rd)
15. Create your own menus within the ethos of the restaurant
16. Bring fresh ideas and evolve the offer
17. Control GP, labour, stock, and waste
18. Stay present on the pass in a busy kitchen
You must bring
19. Proven experience as a Head Chef
20. 2 AA Rosette background
21. Experience in quality-led, busy kitchens
22. Strong knowledge of British produce and seasonality
23. Creative mindset with discipline and structure
24. Confident leadership style
