With nine successful years in Chorlton, we are thrilled to announce our expansion into Manchester's vibrant City Centre.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our expanding team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our kitchen, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards and reputation that Double Zero is known for.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute a variety of traditional and contemporary pizza recipes with precision and consistency.
* Ensure the freshness, quality, and presentation of all pizza dishes meet our standards.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to streamline operations and ensure smooth service at all times.
* Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of ingredients to minimise waste and optimise efficiency when required.
Qualifications: Please note, this vacancy is for those with a minimum of one year experience.
* Experience working as a Pizza Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment, with a minimum of 1 years' experience.
* In-depth knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, and cooking techniques.
* Strong understanding of various pizza styles, toppings, and flavor combinations.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment.
* Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above) is essential.
* Passion for crafting exceptional pizzas that delight our customers.
