Job Description
We're looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as Full Time & Part-Time Care Professionals. In this rewarding role, you'll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing
* Support with meal preparation and dietary needs
* Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks
* Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions
* Monitor and report on client well-being
What We're Looking For
* A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
* A genuine passion for helping others
* We are unable to offer Sponsorship
What We Offer
* £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr)
* Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance
* Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls
