Assistant Restaurant Manager
Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with an independent destination boutique hotel in the Snowdonia area. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and support the Restaurant Manager with the food and beverage department and contribute to the continued development of the hotel within the luxury market.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef, the successful candidate will play a key role in operational leadership, team development, and delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience. The role:
5. Lead the food and beverage department, ensuring high operational standards
6. Oversee daily restaurant operations, acting as Duty Manager when required
7. Deliver a consistently high standard of guest experience
8. Support the ongoing development of the restaurant
About you:
9. Demonstrated interest and experience in food and beverage operations
10. experienced in Rosette enviroment desirable
11. Wine experience desirable
12. Proven experience managing and developing teams
13. Strong communication and organisational skills
14. A professional, guest-focused approach
