Customer Team Member
Location: Station Road, Mintlaw, AB42 5EE
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service — put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep the store safe and legal — restock shelves, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are as they should be
* Help introduce new products and services — share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together
* Support the local community — get involved in activities and events
