Job Description
* Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors ECP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, providing guidance on best practices, system capabilities, and integration points.
* Manage project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to assess payroll needs and deliver strategic solutions.
* Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security and privacy regulations.
* Develop and deliver training sessions for end users and client teams on ECP functionalities and processes.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to optimize payroll operations.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and company policies.
* Resolve escalated issues and provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ECP-related inquiries.
Prepare and present regular status reports to internal leadership and clients.
