Role Overview
My client is recruiting for a proactive-oriented PPM Administrator to join their service delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration and support of all planned maintenance activities.
Main Duties:
1. Scheduling and coordinating engineers' jobs throughout the day
2. Monitoring engineer attendance for SLAs
3. Chasing engineers and subcontractors for job updates
4. Sending daily schedule updates
5. Logging, booking, and closing PPM calls
6. Processing RAMS and permits
7. Raising POs and order processing
8. Processing quotes for remedial and other PPM works
9. Ensuring customer complaints are escalated appropriately
10. Updating the CRM system
11. Performing any other relevant duties as defined by the Manager
Requirements:
* Scheduling and planning experience is essential
* Experience working within an office environment
* Strong organisational skills
* Good numeracy skills
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* Ability to work to deadlines and independently
* Flexible working hours when required
* A keen eye for detail
* Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills
* Strong keyboard and IT skills
