Band 3 Administrative Support - Medicine Delivery Service Location: Belfast City Hospital Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour Agency Contract : Ongoing We are currently recruiting a Band 3 Administrative Support professional on behalf of our client based in BHSCT. This role supports a vital Medicine Delivery Service, ensuring medications are safely coordinated and delivered to patients in a timely and confidential manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to work within a busy environment. Key Responsibilities Receive and log requests for medicine deliveries from the Belfast Trust Pharmacy Department Accurately record all delivery requests and maintain up-to-date logs and tracking systems Contact patients to schedule delivery dates and times Prepare daily work lists and delivery sheets for delivery staff Ensure all medicine packages are collected and accounted for in line with daily delivery sheets Prioritise fridge lines and time-sensitive medications Check that correct doorstep delivery procedures have been followed Monitor deliveries and ensure any delays, issues, or incidents are addressed and/or escalated to the Administrative Lead Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with GDPR, data protection, and information governance policies Essential Criteria Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent), including Maths and English Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please upload your CV via the link provided or contact Kelly Cunningham at: Applicants must meet the essential criteria to be shortlisted.
