Role Description As a Careline Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care and support to consumers across all contact channels. You will act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints regarding a range of products and their usage. You will also manage customer interactions through social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. This includes publishing, monitoring, and moderating social engagement, responding to complaints, and maintaining brand tone of voice across channels such as Facebook and Instagram. The role requires fluency in French and Dutch, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to consumers in an empathetic, caring, and professional manner. Strong English language skills are also essential. Key Responsibilities Handle consumer queries and complaints across multiple channels (phone, email, social media). Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and quality processes. Monitor and moderate social media engagement, responding to comments and complaints promptly. Collaborate with subject matter experts and quality specialists to maintain high service standards. Take ownership of each customer journey, providing personalised solutions and anticipating needs. Skills & Experience Required Fluent in French and Dutch (essential). Strong English communication skills. Previous customer care experience, ideally within the food or FMCG sector. Ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with diverse consumers. IT proficiency: Google Suite, Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage. Flexible to work shifts and weekends when required. Self-motivated and a strong team player.
