Your Time at Work
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between recruitment, administration in the office and engaging with staff on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfil staffing requirements to meet client deadlines
- Recruit, select, and onboard temporary workers
- Input and validate payroll data to ensure weekly accuracy
- Administer absence tracking, changes, and worker records
- Maintain compliance standards and prepare for audits
- Provide front-line support to workers, resolving queries quickly
- Cultivate positive working relationships with both clients and candidates
