Locality Manager – Permanent Position

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a visionary Locality Manager to drive excellence across our services, ensuring residents' access to safe, secure housing and consistently excellent care standards. You will work across a multidisciplinary and cross‑departmental landscape, providing strategic leadership to a team of scheme managers and fostering a people‑first culture of exceptional care and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, strategic leadership across a multidisciplinary team of scheme managers.
- Deliver training and development, offer interpersonal support, and assist with complex service‑user assessments.
- Champion a people‑first approach, enhancing team morale through proactive supervision and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a large budget, execute thorough assessments for service users, and ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Established, ambitious professional with demonstrable experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
- Proven evidence of cultivating a high‑performance culture and navigating complex, multi‑agency teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Financially astute with experience managing large budgets and executing thorough assessments for service users.
