Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor Required in Burgess Hill

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bodyshop Service Advisor to join a well-established Bodyshop in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a busy and customer-focused environment. The successful Service Advisor will play a key responsibility in delivering exceptional service to customers while liaising effectively with insurance companies and internal teams.

6. Full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Duties of the Service Advisor:
9. Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
10. Manage the end-to-end process of vehicle repairs, including booking in and providing updates to clients.
11. Coordinate with insurance companies and external dealerships
12. Work closely with internal staff to ensure smooth repair workflow
13. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the bodyshop operations
14. Learn estimating and develop further within the Service Advisor position
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
15. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar customer service role in the motor trade.
16. Strong communication and organisational skills
17. Able to handle challenging situations with resilience
18. Customer-focused attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach
19. Knowledge of bodyshop processes is advantageous but not essential, as long as the drive to learn is present
