The Role Provide high-quality care to residents Assist with daily activities Administer medication as needed Support the care team in delivering person-centred services Monitor the well-being of residents Maintain up-to-date care records Foster a supportive and warm environment in collaboration with team members Shifts patterns run 8:00 – 8:00 Days and Nights Requirements Essential Experience in providing personal care, including assisting with daily living activities Knowledge of care plans and the ability to maintain detailed, accurate records Skills in leadership, team collaboration, and staff supervision Understanding of health and safety regulations and infection control standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills A caring and empathetic approach to supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent Experience in a Senior Care role in Care Home setting What’s in It For You Career progression opportunities What’s next?
