* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service.
* Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
* Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
* Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.
* Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
