Senior Planning Solicitor.
Southampton | Hybrid Working (up to 3 days remote)
Join one of the UK's top Real Estate Planning teams, advising on landmark developments - from offshore wind farms and new garden villages to major transport, energy and regeneration projects.
The Role
You'll advise clients across residential, commercial, infrastructure and environmental sectors, handling a mix of strategic planning and contentious work.
Expect involvement in:
* Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and compulsory acquisitions
* Section 106 and highway agreements
* Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and planning due diligence
* Inquiries, judicial reviews and mentoring junior colleagues
About You
* Qualified Solicitor 5+ years' PQE in planning or environmental law
* Knowledge of Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (Planning Act 2008 a plus)
* Strong experience in complex planning work and client management
