We’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to become part of the Gray Dawes family and to join our Edinburgh based team.
This role will ideally be based full time at our Edinburgh office but a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) may be considered after probation and training. This is an exciting time as we rapidly expand our operations team.
What You’ll Do
Providing high levels of customer service, you’ll:
* Handle enquiries and reservations, ensuring responses are professional, arrange and confirm bookings, and build travellers’ profiles to meet their needs.
* Carry out research for clients to ensure they get the best deal.
* Process E-tickets and travel documentation.
* Offer advice on available options for each itinerary including visas, passport requirements and vaccinations.
* Handle refunds and cancellations.
What we’re looking for
* Motivated, passionate individual with previous experience in business travel.
* Experience using Sabre GDS; Galileo experience would be considered.
* Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills and great attention to detail.
* Confident in dealing directly with clients on a face-to-face basis.
* Willing to work between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.
