Job Description We’re working on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company to find an experienced and hands-on Head of QA to join their engineering team in a full-time role. This is a pivotal position for someone who can bring a strategic mindset while staying close to day-to-day operations, helping shape and strengthen the QA function to support ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead software testing efforts (functional, performance, regression) for web and mobile platforms.
Build upon and advance the existing test automation strategy.
Support the Head of Engineering with release cycles and quality processes.
Create and execute test cases to ensure QA best practices are met.
Run and manage both manual and automated tests.
Identify, track, and report defects with clarity.
Collaborate with developers and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Mentor junior QA staff and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Maintain high-quality documentation including test cases, results, and bug reports.
